Nancy Gideon's 4th Annual Haunted Open House Blog Hop! (+Giveaway)

Okay, so I have to admit . . . I'm a scaredy-cat when it comes to spooky movies. I just can't watch people being sliced, diced, sawed or squashed, with all the blood and gore that goes along with it. Chucky? No thanks! Saw? Nuh uh - No friggin' way! I just won't watch them, and that's probably because the scariest movie I remember seeing was The Exorcist.


When The Exorcist first came out in theaters, I was too young to get in because it was rated "R." So, as soon a it came out on video, I rented it - Big mistake. I'd read the book, so I thought I was somewhat prepared, but the experience of watching the movie was horrific. I've only watched it that one time - Never again. 

I've included some scenes from The Exorcist in this YouTube video, which I actually did watch . . . once. I won't watch it again either. It's just as disturbing as I remember. I apologize in advance for the foul language and violent scenes in the video - Don't watch it if you've got a weak stomach.
